From Hallelujah to the Global Stage
2023
Every journey has a beginning.
For Konscnce, the road to becoming a recording artist began long before his first official release.
Born in Uguta, Nigeria and raised in Isolo, Lagos, he discovered his love for music at age 12 through the drums in his church. That early experience became the foundation for years of serving through music.
He went on to serve as a music director, worship leader and performer across the USA, experiences that continued to shape his musical identity and sharpen his calling.
Then came Hallelujah.
Released in 2023, the single marked Konscnce’s debut as a recording artist and the beginning of a new chapter.
But the journey wasn’t limited to recorded music.
Konscnce has also performed before crowds of more than 30,000 people at the NSPPD Prayer Conference, bringing his ministry and music to a much larger stage.
His reach has continued to grow online as well, with his music and performances garnering more than 1.5 million views.
From those early days behind the drums to recording music and performing before thousands, the journey has continued to evolve.
Now, with Sorry I’m Late, Konscnce is taking another step forward.
His vision is clear:
Gospel Meets Groove.
Afro-Gospel and Afro-Pop.
Faith and rhythm.
Purpose and movement.
The journey that started with a young boy and a set of church drums is now moving toward a global audience.
And this is only the beginning.
